Despite some of the publicity in the press I am completely satisfied with my treatment
in most of my visits,car parking is a big problem.

Review of RLI Ward 16 Gynaecology

The care given by all the staff on ward 16 was outstanding. From the consultant down to the cleaners I was treated with respect & compassion. They were all kind, caring, friendly & totally professional. The whole time I was in the care of ward 16 was a good experience. I appreciated everything beng explained to me & being treated as an individual. The ward was well equipped & spotlessly clean. I cannot fault the service I received.

The only "problem" was the wait for meds on discharge. I was ready to go but it was several hours before the med arrived.

Can't praise all the staff enough for their care, professionalism and friendliness. Special thanks to Lisa and Teri who were always positive and cheerful as well as giving all the necessary information. Also to Mohammed who was very good at keeping me informed and talking through what had been done and the way ahead.
A friendly ward with a genuine feeling of care for patients and their families.

I have been under dermatology for a number of years. The department is fresh & clean. The staff are Professional, kind & caring.

I visited Accident and Emergency at Lancaster and although I was in severe pain, my experience was only good. The doctors and nurses were very professional but I want to make a point of thanking the lady who booked me in and calmed me down whilst doing so with a smile. Thankyou to Julie on reception who cared and made me laugh through the pain and who showed my family and I nothing but kindness.
Our NHS is outstanding and we are all lucky to have it. We need to make sure we never lose it.
